how do i find someone, anywhere –without paying for it?

i have tried to find people. People that are now living some are dead. I have the birthdates,etc. Sites want to be paid for information. Thats crazy. Are there sites that do not charge you for information? They called it :phishing: Thats not spelled right. But all I want to do is say Hi or get their address and write to them. is a good site to find addresses and numbers. is interesting and sometimes you can find lost relatives.

The deceased ones though generally you can get on whitepages and name you know their phone number if you can get on whitepages and limited info about the deceased ones though generally you can get on whitepages and phone number if you can get on whitepages.
