Can email be forwarded without opening it?

April 11th, 2006 by spam blocking

The Empress asked:

I, at times, get a few phishing emails supposedly from eBay and Pay Pal. Lately it’s been Pay Pal. Since it is not safe to open these emails, it’s best to just delete them.

But I would prefer to forward them to Pay Pal so that Pay Pal is “aware” of them.

In regular Yahoo email you have to open them first before forwarding. I am attempting to use Yahoo Beta. I highlight the mail and click on forward, but it still appears to “open” it.

If not Yahoo, then which email can do this?

My blocked address area is full. I have more unwanted addresses to block. How do I add them?

June 25th, 2005 by spam blocking

gossimermom asked:

Thanks to Phishing that I did not catch, I’m receiving a lot of unsolicitated mail which I have no interest in receiving. How do I add them to my blocked address area when it is full and can they be deleted from that area without receiving them back into my mail?

Has any one ever received an email from the irs?

May 1st, 2005 by spam blocking

smtownhick asked:

Any one receiving these fraudulent emails needs to forward them to phishing@irs.gov so the irs ( the real ones) can track them down and stop them before any one loses their identity.

Honest…honestly
