Why can’t I read the e-mails of my recent Yahoo mail account?

I have opened a Yahoo mail account recently. When I log into it I am directed to a blank page “http://us.f595.mail.yahoo.com/dc/try_mail”.
I thought it is the result of a phishing attack and changed the password. The problem persists. Can you help? Thanks in advance – Ruwan
